Health Fairs of America™ & Vaccination Services of America (HFA/VSA) are HIPAA-compliant. We provide those who participate in our services with access to our notice of our privacy practices prior to participation. Participants consent that they have had sufficient opportunity to review our privacy notice and that they understand services might be rendered in a non-private setting, as is typical in a health fair type setting. Any and all screening results are given directly to participants on educational handouts without any identifying information, such as their names. HFA/VSA retains consent forms, and any results recorded thereupon, for at least five years as required by law. No health information is released without the written request of a participant.
